Acting as a FIDIC consultant engaged by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan on matters of compliance of the EPC contract with standard FIDIC procedures and the norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Consulting on various aspects of interaction between the Client, Contractor, and Engineer, analysis of contract data for the design, construction, and operation of road infrastructure facilities in Kyrgyzstan. Development of proposals for a system of contractual obligations, participation in the preparation of technical specifications for the procurement of works and services for FIDIC-related project components.

Providing advice to the Contractor on contract matters; participating in contract negotiations with representatives of the Client and ADB, assisting the Contractor in defining and developing its position, and assisting in drafting meeting minutes based on the agreements reached by the parties; assisting in completing contract negotiations and preparing all documents leading to the signing of the DBO contract.

Acting as a legal advisor to the Client in arbitration proceedings in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and representing the Client's interests in these proceedings, as well as performing all actions related to the arbitration proceedings, including drafting and filing statements on behalf of the Client, consulting on various issues related to the relevant FIDIC form of contract.

Выполнение функций правового консультанта Клиента в арбитражном разбирательстве в соответствии с Арбитражным регламентом ЮНСИТРАЛ и представление интересов Клиента в этом разбирательстве, а также выполнение всех действий, имеющих отношение к арбитражному разбирательству, включая написание и подачу заявлений от имени Клиента, общение с противоположной стороной и арбитражным судом, консультирование по различным вопросам, связанным с соответствующей проформой контракта FIDIC.

oject management consulting (PMC contract) for the construction of Navoiazot JSC's production facilities: construction of an ammonia and urea plant, construction of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC), caustic soda, and methanol production complex, and establishment of a nitric acid production facility. We also provided advice on other aspects related to project implementation, including debt collection.
